Historical Renovation

Hill & Wilkinson has a growing list of historical renovation projects including hotels, offices, churches, higher education, parking garages, municipalities, retail, and restaurants. Some of which were performed in fully occupied facilities.

Our experience with historical renovation projects allows us to set the project up from the beginning to assist the client with tax credits, sales tax exemptions, Texas Historical Commission, and National Park Service.
